Fantastic article by Lilly Higgins if you haven’t tried hot honey, you should! Our favourite is Sliabh Aughty honey which we combine with Calabrian nduja 🍕🌶😋 the sweet and spicy flavours from the chili and poitin are incredible! irishtimes.com/food/2023/01/3…

We started off with Pamela & Facundo in Tango Street Food with a tasting of traditional Argentinian Empanadas made with the best of Irish produce and also some hot honey and nduja pizza. Facundo recently represented Ireland in Italy at the World Pizza Championships
