8th March 2025 was an eye opener, after taking an OD and passing away twice in the ambulance and then spending 5 days in ICU on a ventilator. Hearing the story from parents about them getting to call to pretty much come and say bye has broken me 😞 #MentalHealthMatters

Honestly been a life changing few weeks, still trying to piece everything together and change my life 🙏 Can’t thank NHS Metropolitan Police London Ambulance Service enough for giving me a second chance in life 💙
