We have the ability to capture the attention of policymakers with our powerful stories. The mistake we often make is not being prepared with a follow up ask once we have brought attention to the issue and created an emotional reaction. #theAMRnarrative
The Human aspect is so true! Putting faces and stories together with data makes problems look much more real and can incentivize people to want to find fixes! #theAMRnarrative
T4: Beyond the individual advantages, patient engagement in AMR can change community culture and set new social norms. It can also lead to further involvement in civil society and local/national/international participation in pushing policy discussions. #theAMRnarrative
CT: Language barriers not only hinder the delivery of AMR messages but also it may results to poor drug prescription and use.

Patient engagement is frequently underestimated in addressing AMR, despite its crucial role. It is necessary to recognize the importance of involving patients as active participants in this critical stage of the battle against antimicrobial resistance.
