I try to keep it simple with a few cues. I start from the hips up. Identify pulls, drop and catch with footwork outside of weight.This also makes for a great warmup. Video is From January, there current progression is outstanding.

Another amazing result for our client @yrabhi_ achieving a great PB of 22.95 secs in his 200m race at the BUCS Outdoor Championships last weekend.🏃🏾‍♂️💨 We carry out weekly sprint specific strength and power sessions with Youssef to help him knock 0.53 secs of his previous PB!💪🏻🏆

Learning rhythm. Wickets will help self organize the sprint by creating the cadence of stride frequency and tall torso. Also help with moving limbs faster as wickets reduce in distance.

DHS S&C Lee Taft Ben Donohue I feel like it can work for hypermobile people who already possess a great amount of mobility. They can move through their easy ranges in controlled manners without adding a bunch of intensity.

For even slightly or selectively hypo people the demands are too much joint forces
