Another amazing result for our client @yrabhi_ achieving a great PB of 22.95 secs in his 200m race at the BUCS Outdoor Championships last weekend.ππΎββοΈπ¨ We carry out weekly sprint specific strength and power sessions with Youssef to help him knock 0.53 secs of his previous PB!πͺπ»π
