Can someone tell me why I’m spending my evenings after work studying for expensive MRCP exams?

It seems like having MRCP, or indeed having any formal medical training is completely unnecessary to perform complex procedures like UGIB endoscopy.

Diagnosing #EsophagealCancer involves various tests, including endoscopy and barium swallow. These tests allow doctors to examine the esophagus and take tissue samples. Additional imaging tests like CT scans may be performed to assess cancer spread.
