Rest are mixed modic changes etc. wondering about T2 bright signal in L3-L4 disc!!! Maybe that’s also part of the spectrum of osteoporosis related fracture. But the bladder 😐

Common incidental finding ,in Japanese gymnasts has been associated to polymorphism of a type of collagen (COL11A1) 🤓
