🇵🇸 Datix it. F1s being the only Dr 'managing' rapid unwell pts should never be a thing in NHS. Where is cons, where is ccot, where are the SHOs and SpR? Where is the senior review. If someone dies this is a coroners and they'll ask if you got senior support. This is a PSI.
