Large oesophageal dilatation ( achalasia) with thickening presenting as right upper zone cavitatory lesion/ atelactatic band. The apparent pleural line on left side is just an artefact as u can see vascular markings beyond that.

Investigation needed to confirm the diagnosis of Achalasia?

Random question, really need some help with this. Does anybody know anything about Achalasia? I know someone who has it, has done all the procedures and surgeries and still cannot hold down food.

It’s very rare and I just need support from someone who knows about I or has it.
