Even though my family is from Vietnam, Taecyeon is the one who introduced me to Chả Cá Thăng Long in his Battle Trip episode 🤭 it's a turmeric and dill fried fish served with vermicelli noodles. VN cuisine doesn't usually include dill, so this is quite unique and tasty.
