Cancellation Chronicles Richard Black 1500 GW seems like a lot. Till you realizes the country uses 900 GW per hour. The other thing these people never look into is what kind of generation are the gas and coal plants. If its cogen that means they are producing steam for heat first. The power is a bonus.

Richard Black The problem with the way some people think is they just look as power as power. What is the source of that power? If its cogen then they are producing heat for industrial use. The power is a secondary product of that process.
