Extremely excited to share our bioRxiv preprint posted yesterday, on 'A high-resolution transcriptomic and spatial atlas of cell types in the whole mouse brain'! A huge team effort from Allen Institute and collaborators, combining scRNA-seq and MERFISH. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
We did it! The Spatial Transcriptomic team Allen Institute successfully reached our first milestone! We reached 600 section imaged! That included 4 whole mice brains! It wasn’t easy and next week we keep going. Next goal 1000! #neuroscience #merfish
