Reminder of risk of bowel #perforation w #colonoscopy . Procedure done for #LGIB by another provider -> diverticulosis & 2 < 5 mm polyps removed w cold biopsy forceps. Upright CXR ->readily visible free air under the diaphragm 2 d later. Surgery-> perf R colon.
