- 47.8% showed early PDAC signs on CTs.

- Focal atrophy & MPD dilatation visible 2.7 & 1.1 yrs pre-diagnosis.

- Atrophy frequent in pancreatic body/tail.

- No correlation >> PDAC stage & early CT signs.
