As we commemorate #FungalWeek23 , I presented our 9-yrs research on Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis in Uganda at #JASHC2023 . CPA in Uganda is present in 22% of TB patients with cavities & 4% without cavities. It causes persistent symptoms in 20% of patients after intensive TB Rx.
