In other words, Crossrail, which is very successful is what you get when you know what the railway system is for.

Tremendous. Interesting to hear the issues business hoped a Mayor would solve quickly and did - a congestion charge and Olympic bid - and those that were slower, like Crossrail. But hopes for more powers and taxes (from a younger Tony T) have not materialised.

Or to build crossrail 3 by next week, to have free rent or every child to have a puppy if they want one.
