Westminster collects most of our taxes. Returns small portion to Senedd. Uses rest for its own pet projects - neuclear arsenal, HS2, Crossrail, palace refurbishment, levelling up debacle etc.
Even then Welsh estimated GDP is ranked in the upper quartile of World economies.
