#CBIC में इंस्पेक्टर के पद पर सीधी भर्ती भी होती है। ऐसे में वे TA भर्ती हुए कर्मियों से सीनियर हो जाते हैं। 15 साल से काम करने वाले 'कर सहायकों' के अनुभव को कोई नहीं पूछता। केंद्र के कई विभागों में विभागीय मेरिट बेस्ड परमोशन का भी प्रावधान है, लेकिन CBIC में ऐसा नहीं है।

Respected DGHRD CBIC officials, It is our earnest request to fast-track the process of OTR in Inspector RR. A fortnight is already over since CBIC Board had requested to furnish the data. The OTR will result in thousands of promotions and filling up of vacancies.

Even after a considerable amount of time there is no progress on granting of #Inspector #OTR in #CBIC. DoPT Dr Jitendra Singh kindly intervene. Thousands of PR vacancies can be filled up and youth can be recruited on #MissionMode
