Nice clean way to experiment with the Tzumi MagicTV. Install a little serial port in the side for a USB-to-Serial converter and keep the board and battery inside the case.

After Dark finish from OSH Park (@[email protected]) turned out great. This is a add-on board for a Bemicro Max 10 FPGA dev board that visualizes the generation of the Long PN Code in a CDMA cellular system.

Fed up with low quality parts in my (tr)uSDX kits, I decided to go my own way on the RF board. Highest quality components I could source from DigiKey, toroids from kitsandparts and perfect PCBs from OSH Park (@[email protected]). Testing out beautifully so far.

Ready to experiment with Osmo-fl2k. $15 transmit-capable SDR? Fascinating. I also worked up a small board to help break out the transmit pin to an SMA connector, looking forward to getting it back from OSH Park (@[email protected]) #osmofl2k #osmocom

Osmo-fl2k is working great. A 30 dB attenuator is just right for connecting to an RTL-SDR dongle directly. Check this out if you want to make your own attenuators: syncchannel.blogspot.com/2016/02/quick-…

Transmitting narrow FM with Osmo-fl2k. I populated one of my filter boards with a band pass for 2 meter. Nice clear audio. Just need to work out a push-to-talk mechanism and I'll try it on air. Any ideas for inserting CTCSS?
