I'm thrilled to announce that next month American Enterprise Institute will publish a volume I've edited with Yuval Levin & Ryan Streeter: Doing Right by Kids. We and the volume's contributors are trying to define an "opportunity conservatism"--an agenda to increase upward mobility for poor kids. /1
