F first became homeless back in July 2016. She visited the housing office in October 2016 for help and faced #gatekeeping She tried again in September 2017 and received this letter, more gatekeeping. Finally she got a homeless assessment in October.

But the council have failed to provide temporary accommodation and a homeless decision letter. She is facing street homelessness next week as the hostel she is staying at is evicting everyone.

Having endured homelessness for such a long period of time is affecting her mental health and other health problems she suffers from. Southwark council should have helped her back in October 2016. They must house her now.
