I've recovered enough to write a brief summary of today's Wales Swimrun: wet, windy and epic. Loved it. Swims cut and runs extended is never in my favour. We got beaten in the mixed teams race by about 100m. I think we'd have caught them if the final swim had been retained 🤷‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏃‍♂️
