This is mind-blowingly clever work by @justinetunney. A single binary that runs natively on Windows/Linux/Mac/*BSD without any VM, implementing a web server that serves the content of a zip archive stored in the binary itself! 🤯🤯👏👏 justine.lol/redbean/index.…

The hardest problem in computer science is people; the second hardest problem is designing systems that are able to evolve & adapt to new goals & constraints over a span of many years or even decades

Hi I’m a software engineer at Spotify and have been programming professionally for 6 years. I also have a computer science degree. I still struggle with foundational programming concepts sometimes. And it doesn’t make me any less of a developer 💁🏻‍♀️

Most people I meet overestimate what deep learning can do (it's curve-fitting, don't expect it to do discrete symbol manipulation, it will solve symbolic tasks via embedding + interpolation) and simultaneously underestimate what you can do with curve-fitting given enough data

Debugging golang code inside containers can get tricky. One of the ways would be running delve remotely, check out my latest blog post with steps enlisted to debug operators live inside a live kubernetes/OpenShift cluster. developers.redhat.com/articles/2023/… #kubernetes #openshift #golang
