This is exactly where you need to be to make life easier as a creator. There’s burnout. There’s “out of ideas.” And then there’s Sapa. you’re working but the work no dey show 😭 Vynture’s got you covered. Start now. Make preparations, not New Year resolutions.

Exactly! Companies hide pay, but creators and professionals shouldn’t suffer for it. And that’s why we built peercheck.africa. A platform where people share real salaries anonymously. They can also read genuine company reviews from those who’ve actually been there.

Stop letting fear hold your bag. Many creators think low followers means no money. But the real issue is imposter syndrome. Brands pay for value and fit. If your work is solid, you can charge. Even with your small audience. #usevynture

Don’t shove offers into every video. Teach first, recommend second. Be honest. If you can create a digital product later, combine it with affiliate and ads for the best mix. Want a quick list of affiliate programs for Nigerian creators? Reply “AFF” and I’ll drop it. #usevynture

Practical 10 step game plan for 2026 (do this weekly) Step 1: pick an interest based niche with real problems. Step 2: make one long helpful video per week. Teach something complete. Step 3: chop that video into 5 to 10 Shorts. Each short links to the long video.

Step 7: place natural affiliate mentions inside long videos only. Teach then recommend. Step 8: repurpose the long video into a thread, a carousel and community posts.

It’s a new week, and we’re starting with an honest conversation. Many of us were taught to endure to be patient, to just manage it, because every job is stressful. But there’s a difference between challenging work and toxic work.

Late salary payments that become normal, pressure to overperform while being underpaid, a work culture where burnout is rewarded and rest is seen as a lack of commitment, that familiar Sunday night anxiety before a new work week begins. If this resonates, you’re not alone.

And it’s not a personal failure. This is why PeerCheck exists. PeerCheck is Africa’s first anonymous workplace transparency platform, created to help professionals make informed career decisions. On PeerCheck, you can:  • Read honest, employee-led company reviews

“DeFi failed.” that’s what most people say. but what if that’s not true? what if DeFi didn’t fail… but was just running on systems that couldn’t support it? the idea was never the problem. now, with Sui and DeepBook Protocol on Sui , we’re finally seeing what DeFi was supposed
