Sagaing has it really bad. Communication channels are shut down. Land access there is difficult. People are left stranded under collapsed buildings. & Min Aung Hlaing chooses to drop bombs instead of sending foreign & local rescue volunteers. #Myanmar

To international aid providers, Naypyitaw only has minor damages. It’s Mandalay and Sagaing which are hit hardest and need the most help right now. People are trapped. They could be rescued. Especially Sagaing. Usually people in Mandalay would go help Sagaing. Now impossible
