It’s been two weeks and EnterpriseRentACar has yet to adress my horrible experience with them. Guess this platinum member might be wanted somewhere else. Because Enterprise doesn’t care.

I will never stay at a Choice Hotels property again. The way I was treated at the Quality inn in Palm Springs was atrocious. The absolute worst customer service, and I had to ask for a room key 13 times before they switched rooms for me because the lock didn’t work. Avoid them.
