Btw. I have made predictions on probability of snow days not saying snow days WILL happen. Tomorrow’s chance is very slim probability around 5-10 percent chance of a snowday but possible.

Via NWS ST LOUIS BREAKING: light Snow will fall tonight and this will make travel possibly hazardous as the snow will stick to road ways very easily due to cold temperatures. The morning commute will likely be bad as this precipitation will freeze. A SNOWDAY IS LIKELY. #snowday

🚨HAZARDOUS TRAVEL THIS MORNING!🚨 I have SERIOUS concerns about the AM rush today. Interstates are snow-covered, temperatures have crashed, and winds are gusting to 30 MPH. As more drivers join the fray, this could get ugly. #stlwx KMOV #FirstAlert4

SNOWDAY OFFICIAL PREDICTION: the chances of tomorrow being a snow day for the areas around the Howell district are high as the threat of freezing rain continues to arise. SNOWDAY CHANCES ARE AT 85%. One of the highest percentages yet on this account. #snowday #fhsdsnowday ❄️❄️

I hoped to not have to make this call today; however, icy conditions on the western side of the District have made it unsafe this morning. A 2-hour late start was considered, but very likely would not give us the time needed to clear the roads in question. Stay safe and warm! ❄️
