I live behind Grand Hyatt Mumbai. St Anthony Road. For 3-4 months, Rajendra Kamble Road and Vakola Pipeline Road have been dug open. Not repaired or maintained. Open garbage My neighborhood looks like a construction zone abandoned mid-way. This is our reality. Whos answerable??

Vakola Pipeline rd: open ditches everywhere. Zero street lights. pitch black at night. People are falling into holes. There are no pavements -pedestrians are forced to walk on the road with traffic. cars and scooters parked everywhere with ZERO enforcement. No one-ways.
