No job too big or small! Studwelders Composite Floor Decks have completed the metal decking & concrete works at the Royal Berkshire Hospital, for our valued customer Francis Construction Works consisted of a 20m2 stair infill - MetFloor 60 decking with a 160mm concrete slab.

Works have recommenced at Speke! 👷‍♂️ Studwelders are carrying out the composite floor package for our valued customer Caddick Works consist of roughly 13,000 m2 MetFloor®55 & 60 decking and 30,000 welded shear studs, followed by the reinforcement and concrete pours!

Our works are complete in Nuneaton for BAM UK & Ireland This project consisted of approximately 2,000 m2 of MetFloor®60 & 80 decking, 5,000 welded shear studs, 150mm thick concrete slabs with a power float finish, including the forming & pouring of concrete upstands with GRP.
