Sticking to 2000 calories a day will probably be more of a deficit than repeatedly cheating on 1200 calories a day. Eat that.

Two choices 1:Focus on how difficult it is to diet, how tired you are, how much you don’t want to go to your class tonight… Or Focus on how good you will feel once you’ve done it, how amazing it will be to lose another lb, how your consistency will benefit you in the long run.

Dieting simplified: If you’re in “maintenance calories” your weight is staying the same and probably has done for a while. Drop 200-300 calories a day: that’s 4 biscuits or a Starbucks ☕️ or half a portion of rice. You’ll probably be in a deficit.
