These stats are always difficult to read. Behind this figure are young people who were not able to get the support they need; young people who have been tragically failed by society. Change needs to happen urgently.

If there is one message we could tell everyone this #WorldMentalHealthDay, it would be that having a mental health problem is nothing to be ashamed of. Anyone can struggle. Most of us will have to reach out for help at some point. And that’s ok.
