The crane suddenly speaking gave him a start. By start what happened is he jumped up but slipped and lost his footing before catching and balancing his self thankfully preventing a fall. “YOU CAN TALK!?” He’s more curious about this then he is his safety.

“Oh no… actually I’m lost like normal, but I saw the town and thought I could get some food so I don’t have to keep eating rock monsters and slime.” He said this chuckling. “I saw you from wayyyy over there.” He pointed out into the wild. “And came run into missed you.”
