The The Queen's Translation Exchange Slam OxfordLitFest yesterday was wonderful. So good to bring #translation in the form of the brilliant Ruth Clarke Annie McDermott & Polly Barton to a new audience. Lovely review for our very own Roland Glasser's exciting new translation of Fiston Mwanza Mujila's "The Villain's Dance", out March 12th in the US from Deep Vellum. Still looking for a UK publisher (incredibly!). UK rights to FMM's début "Tram 83" newly available too.
Happy publication day to Fiston Mwanza Mujila’s follow up to his International Booker-shortlisted Tram 83, once again translated brilliantly by Roland Glasser! Deep Vellum Deep Vellum Books Villa Albertine store.deepvellum.org/products/the-v…
Overjoyed to see our own Roland Glasser a finalist for the National Book Foundation awards!
