Up.the 24/25 stanny under 16s

We went out at the quarter final stage today on pens. Football can be cruel at times, but we've also been on the other side of this moment, that's what makes footy boss. Win together Lose together Up the mighty stanny!

The last few days the lads have got to play a friendly at marine and a tournament at Macclesfield FC ground. Great experiences for young lads.

This is our situation. Our presentation is in a few weeks and the lads day out will be some point after their gcses. 1 game left then on to under 17s

Fell a little short in terms of the result today, but hell of a season. When we stepped up a divison this year, we would have been happy with top 3 or 4 and good improvement. What i got was massive improvement off every lad and another promotion. Up the 2024/25 stanny under 16s

We had our presentation last week, a chance for the lads to get together with their parents and not worry about any results. I said to them on the although we didnt win anything we were arguably better than the title winning year last season. Unbelievable growth all round.

Belter day that up in Stockport for a 9 aside tournament. Lads handled themselves great throughout the 7 games, conceded 2 goals in all, unfortunately one of them was in a 1 nil loss in the final haha. But a really good day against good teams. Great having new experiences

Ended a busy 8 days which has seen 2 training sessions and 2 friendlies. Great way to start the pre season getting lads minutes and moving in a sensible managed way. Some players have really shone this week, can see the work they've put in over the summer

Last pre season game probably. Massive growth in attitudes and effort after integrating a few new players. Been a tough summer against some tough teams, some good moments, some humbling moments. All growth.

Started our season with a well earned point against a good knowlsey side. Both teams will feel like they could/should have won it which tells you a draw is probably fair. Came out of it with a couple of lads injured which isnt ideal in a week where weve got 3 games in 8 days

We had another game midweek last week, carried a few knocks into it from the weekend and had to really scrap for a draw.

Then our 3rd game in a week was where the lads put in a shift. They played what I consider the best football for a full game that theyve played for months. Brilliant performance to finally get off us off the snide. Hopefully something we can build on now
