Perfectly said. 90%+ of evictions are for non-payment of rent. Instead of paying attys, they can simply pay the rent - if the real goal is to keep the renters housed. Quick & easy. That they’ve created a whole bureaucratic structure instead is a curiosity. Renters need real help.
