my biggest 🚩 is that i’ve normalised silent treatment when im not in mood for a talk. i don’t really know how to express my feelings especially when im sad and hurt. i only talk to myself in my head about how i feel all the time.

unhealed trauma makes you tolerate so much shit you don't deserve because you don't want to lose people. healing makes you realise; losing them is better than losing yourself. you finally understand that some people don't deserve access to you, no matter how much you love them.

Everybody wants to be in a relationship for years but everybody is not ready for the bad days, the crying, arguments, communication going wrong. Relationships aren’t fairytales & it’s not easy. If you love each other, you have to stay solid through it all and make it work.

Relationships are so beautiful when you and your partner are actually good friends. You show up together, share inside jokes, talk openly, have fun, and totally vibe like besties. It’s amazing when the dynamic isn’t just romantic.

Don’t break up. Fix the problem. Start the romance again. Go on dates again. Work on winning each other over again. This is why there so many failed relationships. If you love each other and are best friend then breaking up is not the answer.
