I’m not a big fan of religion but I’m a huge fan of the God of the Bible. God is good all the time! Psalms 16:11

Could the Fed and/or State Governments mandate that insurance companies that cancel homeowner’s insurance policies must cover up to 100% of premiums paid to that insurer if that home is damaged within a year of cancellation? What the insurers have done in CA is wrong!

Refreshing to see a POTUS give a press briefing after a tragic event. Like him or not, approve of what he said or not, you have to admit it was reassuring to the American people for him to address the cameras personally. I can’t think of a time when the previous POTUS did that.

How does NBC News and Lester Holt make the jump from “…democrats diversity programs may have played a roll in the midair crash.” to “TRUMP BLAMES COLLISION ON DEI INITIATIVES”

If we woke up tomorrow with only the people, possessions, and situations for which we thanked God today, most of us would wake up with fewer good people and less stuff in our lives, and we would be in a worse situation.

Jesus didn’t command us to go into all the world and remind everyone that we all deserve hell, He told us to make disciples. We will not accomplish that with hate, only love. Love like Jesus loved with extra compassion for the lost, confused, hopeless humans around you every day.

The fact that we have the right, granted by the government, to say something mean, hurtful, divisive, or even evil - does not give us the moral right to do so. This applies to both sides of any issue. Let’s use common sense. If we can’t say something nice, let us say nothing!

Seems pretty foolish to deny paychecks to Air Traffic Controllers, TSA, the military, etc and put every American at risk over premiums for those who get insurance through ACA. One job: run the government Our politicians are no good at their job

Politicians should remember that when they point a finger at the other party, they are pointing three fingers back at themself.

I’m thankful for the few politicians who are willing to move to the front of the bus even though their party is demanding they stay in the back. The ACA is not more important than paychecks for essential workers, food for poor children, or airline safety! Bernie Sanders is evil!

Really feels like last year’s CFP 5-12 were much better than this year’s. I think expanding the playoffs even further is a horrible idea in the NIL era. I’d prefer fewer playoffs and better bowl games. College Football Playoff NCAA Football

Proverbs 14:10: “Each heart knows its own bitterness, and no one else can fully share its joy.” (New Living Translation) Bitterness leads to joy??? “…all things work together for good…”

On Jan 1, I read Genesis 1 and Proverbs 1. I read everything on that page and stop when I get to the start of a new chapter after turning the page. At that pace, I finish the entire Bible in October. I believe it’s a healthy habit. It’s not as imposing as most people would assume
