Before I head down to the harbour for a better composition, I was capturing Friday night's aurora from the Howth cliff walk. The auroral pillars were too far to the right of Ireland's Eye. I wanted them more over the island so I moved down to the pier.

Our beautiful Grand Canal at Mespil Road in Dublin with no tents, no barricades and just the fabulous autumn colour carpet that this provides every year. I won’t be capturing it this year though by the looks of things. Wonder how autumn colours will fare this year.
