Use your dominant eye when shooting but keep both eyes open. Closing your non-dominate eye causes you to lose 30% of your peripheral. If you have trouble keeping your "non-sight eye" open while maintaining focus down your sight with the other, try squinting it to make it easier.

Increase the severity and difficulty of your shooting *until failure*. Do not be afraid to fail. Failure is a place we take ourselves to learn and grow.
