It appears that @LidlGB have a ‘we don’t care’ attitude to things that happen on THEIR premises. (Damage to vehicles) No cctv +no duty of care= we don’t care. Not pleased with their ‘nothing to do with lidl’ response. How many times do you have to say ‘this is a complaint’?

#Customerservicefail2019 @LidlGB you need to answer this. Your store manager and customer service said there was no cctv to identify person who damaged my car a few weeks ago. I went back today to check and this is the sign I was parked directly under that day. #clearasday #lies

Due to @LidlGB ‘we don’t care-go away’ attitude to me recently (over a £15 tree stand) #customerservicefail they have now lost me as a customer. I spent £20 a month alone on pet food... guaranteed business... but inevitably visit regularly and buy other essentials and treats.

My other #customerservicefail2029 has to be the great big British Gas for three months I have been trying to get them to set up my account so I can make payments ASAP so I don’t have a large bill. Guess what.. I now have a large bill. Ofgem bye bye BG. I’m off #switchinprogress
