Hey United Airlines how about some honesty as to why your flight 1076 from EWR is an hour late, and counting. No one has boarded and our new departure is in 5 minutes. None of the apps report airport delays, so don’t blame EWR.

1/ Duane Reade and Walgreens, your pharmacy at 2069 Broadway has been overrun with too many vaccine appointments and customers added from other stores. They rarely answer the phone (staff admitted this as they are overwhelmed with filling prescriptions and manning checkout.

2- Duane Reade and Walgreens you have systemically starved your pharmacy manager of sufficient staff and added patients from other locations. Store manager always disappears and never personally helps out. 20 in line for 30 mins is unacceptable. What is your plan?

Hey Citi Bike , when do you plan to fix your station at 135/Lenox Terrace which has been out for several days. It’s not like we have a lot of docking stations up here.

Today at 5:30 PM, just as a southbound 3 train was about to enter the station, I passed through the turnstile to witness a man staggering around next to the edge of the platform, at first appearing to dance. I yelled for him to get back and then tried to grab him; but,

2/ he nevertheless fell onto the track. I motioned to the train to slow down (hoping faintly it might help) while others reached down, grabbed him and pulled him to safety. The police then came running down the platform from their immobile spots: adjacent to where the conductor

3/stops (though I understand the new rationale for that is so that the conductor can promptly inform the police if there any on-board problems). Yet, I have noticed over and over they miss where most of the action takes place: around the turnstiles and not 50 feet north of the

Odd that the “At Your Service” desk at Macy's Herald Square has the longest line on the first floor and the fewest staff (2 presently) serving customers. I’ve asked another floor manager to contact the manager responsible, so we’ll see.
