Whoa... @vodafoneNZ customer service took a biiigg backward step. Basic chatbot sends you back to info that didn't a your q. Plus an non-NZ call centre where the csr has to put you on hold again to answer a straightforward q after a 20 min wait for call to be picked up. Not good.
