Alyssa Mercante's lawyers have filed an amended complaint. They've updated why she no longer works at Kotaku. Initially, it was apparently my fault, due to a direct result of my 'unlawful harassment' This has now changed to 'Mercante agreed to resign her position at Kotaku'.
