Bula vina’a ,

Today, I started my day with a cardio workout and some basic exercises at the gym. Even at 75 years old, I'm grateful that I can still lift weights, do push-ups, and run on the treadmill.

I feel for Frank Bainimarama!

For it to come to an end is a relief. It is no fun being in court. I have a lot of experience with that. It would bring a lot of relief to the family. It is also a non-custodial sentence, so he will be with them, helping them to regroup and move on.
