Confirmed: 149 starters on women's side. Fast Women has been all over this from the get-go.

200 men crossed the starting line, according to media rep in the press tent.

Kaylee Flanagan is a DNS. It's hard to know the exact number of the starters in the women's field until the race begins. Best guess is 149, but there are still some question marks.

Been talking to Olympic Marathon Trials competitors, many of whom have their four-legged friends with them in Orlando currently. I feel like an enterprising person could make bank dog sitting during the race! (Live shot of low energy Buddy Butler, who will not be in Orlando.)

Five-time Olympian Abdi Abdirahman, 47, confirms he'll be on the starting line in Orlando for his sixth Olympic Trials, his third in the marathon. He's currently training in Ethiopia and will return to Tucson a week before the race.
