Woke up mad at my siblings for choosing to go to a garden centre in my dream when it was so close to the start of the first hockey game of the season. We missed the first period and I was trying to make them move faster to get to watch the rest 😂

Somehow managed to dye my hair, shower and eat. All I can smell is nalas baby vanilla body oil 😂 watching black dagger brotherhood and cuddling Audrey. My head is throbbing and my throat is raw but I achieved something 😂

Definitely need to work on my hockey match stamina, since last season im lagging! Yawning away

Got my vinted bargain pj's on (im only buying 1 new pair of jeans per size as I lost weight) and love that they fit 🥰 vinted has become my go to for stuff atm, im not staying in sizes that long so I'm trying not to buy anything brand new

Whoa just worked out that as of this morning I've lost 40lbs!!! Since 9th may. Aka 2 stone 12lbs or 18.2kg. My mind is blown. Doesn't feel like a real number haha

Despite sleeping until lunch and having an afternoon nap (and doing naff all today) im going to sleep early (for me)

Got some jeans in the next size down delivered, tried them on after looking at them and thinking there's no way they'll fit... turns out they already fit well 🥰😁 and then tried on the same size tops in kingswood that also fit. Crazy good feeling.

Paying for an afternoon shopping with my sister yesterday. Really feels like a hangover without the alcohol. I hate PEM so much. Slept until about 12:30pm and done nothing except hang out some washing. Just want to/need to sleep more. #PEM #MECFS

Its been ages since I read anything on my kindle, my brains felt too damaged to even try. I feel like my brain has been strained and haven't had a day where its felt ok. It's exhausting

Taking measurements for my 25/26 hockey jersey... I could fit in a small! But I may go medium for comfort.... my first years one was 3xl, but measured 7cm bigger! And last years was 2xl and still massive. 3 stone down so far and still planning to lose more 🫣

Load of washing out, air con on to cool the living room, about to spend a couple of hours with my nephews before their dad gets home so my sis can her her hair done. Tired but got to battle on. Got the boys all day tomorrow and im hoping they behave because its going to kill me

The nephews think were going to Williams den. We've been driving for about an hour 🤣 really we're taking them to eureka! Super excited.

Got some new jeans from vinted, colour appeared lighter in person. So i got some dylon machine wash dye and boom, perfect deep blue 👌 not bad for a £2 pair!

PEM has hit me so bad today. Not unexpected after the eureka trip. Curled up on my rocker chair with a blanket and the springboks v Australia rugby. Mums going to babysit later without me so I can rest more before tomorrow. I'd enjoy a pepsi max lime but I'll get palpitations😅

Got one of those headaches that feels like it's going to turn into a migraine. Only been awake almost 3 hours but I've eaten so I'm spending the afternoon napping. Thankful for sleep masks and earplugs

Spent a lovely afternoon with family celebrating my little brother and grandma's birthdays today. Wasn't my bouncy self but today is the third day in a row I've done something social and my brain and body are struggling. Napped when I came home so still awake now 🫠

So excited for Saturday. More ice hockey and I get to exchange my new jersey for a bigger one 🫣 it fit round the body but the sleeves were too short so I look like I'm wearing a kids one 😂 I was too excited about measuring the body to remember to check sleeve length

Spoonie life - got up around lunchtime, had my breakfast and lunch quick and done 2 loads of washing. Now back to bed until it's time to decide if I can cook or not. Such excitement 😂
