Remember when SkipTheDish ignored my complaint about food poisoning for over 72 hours? Pretty cool customer service imho

SkipTheDish its been 12 hours since i filled out a form for the missing items in my meal and i still haven’t received a refund. Extremely disappointing seeing as i have been issued refunds much faster in the past.

SkipTheDish Apparently ignores tweets as well, from chat support, to email, to this. This has got to be some of the worst service I've ever dealt with

Hey SkipTheDish what the hell. My wife orderered a friend dinner a bit ago. The app said to adjust the pin if it wasnt on the right house, so she did. The pin movement changes the address in the order? Why would it do that. Driver goes to that address half a block down..

Do the suits at Wendy's 🇨🇦 even realise that treating SkipTheDish drivers like subhumans has a major negative impact on their business? You've forever lost us as customers and we're happy to spread the word about why. You need to voluntarily withdraw from #skipthedishes.
