Why I quit social media 🌸 A life update thread: In the 3 years of posting, I learned 3 things: 1. Social media really DOES bring you opportunities 2. Negativity will always try to get to you 3. Comparisons are inevitable But I managed to find my way back on track.

Recognizing burnouts: a thread ✴️ Based on experience, prevention is always better. So be self-aware and recognize the early signs. Give it your all for what you love, no doubt! But remember to REST.
