Preparing for PGF Nationals. The last big tournament of the summer. My day started at 330am and will end at 9pm — Catching lessons, PT, IV and shock wave treatment and then team practice! Getting IV therapy between tournaments has been a game changer for me

Summer Season Stats • 3 tournaments played (sadly could not compete at PGF Nationals due to a strained hamstring, but it was fun to cheer on my team) Using these stats to reach new heights. Cannot wait to see what the Fall brings. Finally feeling confident and ready 💪
