Relational health is about having safe secure + nurturing relationships with our families, our friends, our communities + ourself. It's about having our core needs of agency, security, connection, love, belonging, meaning + trust met.

The NHS is over-burdened because we, as a society, care so little about addressing the social determinants of distress - inequality, poverty, marginalisation, lax opportunity, poor work etc... No single social institution can remedy the effects of such wider systemic negligence.
